La ubicación es excelente. Las habitaciones están limpias, cómodas, se descansa bien. El aspecto del hotel es agradable. Costo/benefio excelente. Mil gracias a Javier en recepción y a Flor que trabaja en la limpieza de las habitaciones.

Está ubicado a dos calles del centro, es muy limpio y tiene buen servicio, los precios son más que accesibles y el personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias.
Una buena opción para hospedarse en xalapa... Excelente ubicación. Habitaciones un poco antiguas, sin embargo son amplias y muy limpias, no pudimos conectar la tele al wifi, no cuenta con clima pero tiene un ventilador y no pasas calor... la atención fue muy buena... No cuenta con estacionamiento propio, lo comparte con otro hotel y es muy muy pequeño, pero es gratis...
El estacionamiento está sobre la calle Juárez y está muy estrecho para entrar, comparte con otro hotel. El servicio del personal es muy amable en presencial y teléfono. Hay promociones así que recomiendo llamar directamente al hotel. De lunes a miércoles la habitación sencilla 2 personas está en 300. La habitación es sencilla y cómoda para dormir, tiene su TV con Roku, agua caliente, jabón personal y shampoo. Lo único que no me gustó fue que se escucha todo de afuera y probablemente de adentro tmb. Y el estacionamiento está muy chico, una camioneta definitivamente apenas y cabe. La ubicación es excelente ya que hay cercas tiendas, panaderías, farmacias, está a 1 cuadra del mercado Jauregui y ahí puedes desayunar y comer muy rico.
Excelente ubicación cerca del centro y otros lugares de atracción turística, además de que el lugar tiene un diseño clásico bastante atractivo y colores llamativos, resaltando así el buen recibimiento y atención del personal hacia los inquilinos, una grata experiencia con los servicios que este lugar puede ofrecer, y que, además de ser habitaciones pequeñas cuenta con la seguridad y comodidad para hacer confortable la estadía... Agradecimientos a la persona que nos atendió en recepción, muy amable, atenta y dedicada en todo momento cada que salíamos y regresábamos al Hotel, sin duda un lugar al que podríamos regresar a hospedarnos sin duda, lugar recomendable
